Cristina Forgach (Life Coach)

My Approach

With more than 8 years of experience, I am a highly-skilled coach specialising in personal development. My expertise lies in educating individuals in courage and resiliency. I possess specialised knowledge and skills in effectively managing and treating anxiety disorders, facilitating the recovery process for persons struggling with co-dependency, evaluating and resolving complex family dynamics, and guiding clients in establishing and maintaining self-care practices. Together we design efficient strategies for you to reach your maximum potential by building a collaborative partnership, analysing current circumstances, and recognising the challenges faced and your intended future outcome.

I graduated from Wheaton University in the United States in 2002 with a bachelor’s degree in child psychology. Following that, I spent four years working as a counsellor in educational institutions in the United Kingdom, assisting students and their families. I am bilingual in both English and Spanish, have four children, and have lived as an expat for more than two decades.  In 2017, I became certified as a Life Coach with ICC International in Spain. Since then, I have been actively engaged in delivering and tailoring coaching sessions for clients.

I provide coaching sessions

to clients of all ages and backgrounds, from teenagers to adults, in a variety of locations across the world. I recognise the crucial significance of providing effective encouragement and motivation, particularly when individuals are facing significant life changes. I have great confidence in the facilitating quality of my technique and its potential to have a profound impact on an individual’s life. If you are currently experiencing feelings of fear, stagnation, or a lack of motivation, I am confident that coaching will help you stimulate and motivate yourself to reach your full potential.
